Ravi Ganjigatti, CEO
Ravi Ganjigatti is the CEO of Hygiea Informatics. In this role, Mr. Ganjigatti oversees the corporate direction and strategy of Hygiea, focusing on leadership, innovation, and partnerships with our clients.
Mr. Ganjigatti has over 15 years of strategic management and technology consulting experience providing strategic advisory and complex technology enabled business transformation solutions to clients in the healthcare and lifesciences industry.
Prior to Hygiea, Ravi was partner at EMC Consulting where he helped setup and expand EMC’s healthcare practice. Before EMC, Ravi spent a decade at Deloitte Consulting where he led their Healthcare practice on the west coast. His clients have included large hospital systems, academic and research medical centers, integrated health systems, payers and lifesciences companies.
Ravi holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Drexel University, and an executive education from the Wharton Business School.

Thrisha Kashinath (M.S. PAS, PA-C), Clinical Director
Ms. Kashinath is the clinical director at Hygiea. In this role, she oversees all clinical operations quality and training at the firm.
Ms. Kashinath is a certified physician assistant with over 5years of clinical experience in pain management. She is an expert in the US workers compensation system. She is trained and certified in UR Management and Support by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQUARP).
She graduated from Marywood University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2006, where she received a Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her orthopedic preceptorship in Fremont, CA. She became board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2006 and is currently licensed in California.
